MoTak MCD47-2X Description

To provide unimpeded product visibility, the MoTak MCD47-2 full-service bakery case features shatter-resistant tempered glass and LED interior lighting. It’s equipped with two adjustable shelves on which users can merchandise baked goods, and items can be retrieved through sliding glass doors on the staff side of the cabinet. Because the unit is mounted on 2-inch swivel casters, it can be comfortably transported for service or wheeled out of the way for cleaning.

Minimizing its environmental impact, the MoTak MCD47-2 cake display case operates with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Using precise electronic controls, operators can adjust the unit’s temperature between 36 and 43 degrees Fahrenheit. Its condenser coil can be accessed to facilitate maintenance and cleaning, and overall, the case measures 47.25 inches wide by 28.75 inches deep by 47.25 inches high.
